Use this worksheet to inspect real AI search answers consistently. It records the question, platform, conditions and cited pages alongside the answer. The result is a set of observations you can inspect and repeat when evaluating how a professional or company is represented.

Create groups for name lookups, service discovery and practical advice. A question that includes your brand tests a different task from an open request for providers. Keep the exact wording of each question stable within a review round and document the country, language and signed-in context.
Save the answer and inspect the cited pages
Record the full answer or a retrievable capture, the observation date and the visible source links. Check whether each description matches the cited material. Distinguish an accurate mention, an inaccurate description, an ambiguous identity and an answer that does not mention the subject.
Compare repeated observations
Repeat the panel across separate sessions and review dates. Summarize results separately by platform and question group. If the panel changes, start a new comparison series. Use observed inaccuracies to prioritize public profile corrections and clearer source pages, then check those same questions again.
