White-label PR for agencies

Your client. Your brand. Our PR delivery.

Expand the PR services you can offer with an experienced delivery partner behind the work. We support PR agencies and communications teams with media access, editorial production and campaign coordination. You retain the client relationship and present the agreed services under your own brand, with responsibilities and commercial terms established for each engagement.

Discuss an agency partnership

The priorities

Start with
what matters.

Services you can resell under your brand

Build a defined scope from media research and outreach, press release writing and distribution coordination, executive content, LinkedIn programmes and expert positioning. We can support a single part of your client’s project or several connected workstreams. Deliverables, presentation format, review rounds and resale arrangements are agreed before your agency commits to the client.

International media research and coordination

Draw on our database of more than 1,000 media outlets across major, regional and professional publications. We research fit for your client’s sector, story and target markets, then confirm the available routes and requirements. The scope can include shortlisting, pitch preparation, opportunity coordination and publication tracking. Coverage, outlet availability and timing are assessed per brief.

A workflow that respects your client relationship

Your agency leads the relationship. We can work behind the scenes through your account team, supplying drafts, questions and progress updates for your review. If a joint client conversation would help, its purpose and participants are agreed with you first. Brand presentation, confidentiality, client contact permissions and attribution are addressed before work starts.

Material your team can review and present

Agree how work moves from the client brief to approved copy, outreach and reporting. We can prepare editorial drafts, campaign updates and a record of completed activity in a format your team can use. Reporting identifies actual deliverables, published links and pending external decisions. Evidence and status remain clear when you pass the material on to your client.

A practical approach

Make delivery fit your agency.

Share your agency website, the services you want to add and an outline of the client requirement. An anonymised brief is sufficient for an initial discussion. Identify target markets, expected formats, timing and the parts your own team will deliver.

Confirm feasibility and prepare the delivery scope before you sell the work. Agree fees, resale terms, approval steps, confidentiality, permitted client contact and the handoff between teams. Any named publication opportunity needs its own availability and conditions checked.

Run delivery through the agreed agency contact. Track briefs, source material, draft approvals and external responses, then provide the agreed reporting and handover. For ongoing partnerships, review capacity and upcoming client needs so each new assignment has a clear owner and scope.

01What are white-label PR services?

White-label PR lets an agency offer agreed communications services under its own brand while a delivery partner carries out some or all of the work. With PR Drift, your agency retains the client relationship and we define the delivery responsibilities, presentation and reporting with you.

02Can our agency resell PR Drift’s services?

Yes. We are open to reseller and white-label partnerships with PR agencies and communications businesses. The services, fees, resale terms and responsibilities are agreed individually before you confirm the scope with your client.

03Which services can we offer through the partnership?

Possible scopes include media research and outreach, press releases, expert positioning, executive content, LinkedIn support, speaking preparation, publishing support, personal websites and search visibility. We confirm suitability and capacity for each assignment; a partnership can cover a single specialist service or a broader programme.

04Will you contact our client directly?

We can work entirely through your agency’s designated contact. Any direct client involvement is agreed with your team in advance. The working arrangement defines who briefs us, who approves material and who may contact the client.

05Can the work and reporting carry our agency’s branding?

Yes, white-label delivery can be prepared for presentation under your brand. We agree the document formats, attribution and reporting requirements at the start. Source links, publication disclosures and other required attributions must remain accurate.

06Can you help with international media requests?

Yes. We use an international database of more than 1,000 media outlets to research major, regional and professional publications relevant to the brief. Send the sector, target markets and proposed story. We check availability and conditions before confirming a specific opportunity.

07Do you guarantee media placements for agency clients?

Earned editorial coverage depends on the publisher’s decision. Where a paid or distributed format is available, we confirm its specific conditions and disclosures before commitment. Your proposal and client reporting should distinguish these formats and describe only the deliverables we have agreed.

08Can we start with one project before an ongoing partnership?

Yes. A focused assignment can establish the workflow and service fit. For ongoing cooperation, we agree responsibilities and review each new brief, its capacity requirements and commercial scope. An initial enquiry can use an anonymised client description.
