When you send a brief

The form asks for your name, email address, professional goal and message. A website or LinkedIn link is optional. We use these details to assess your enquiry and respond. Please do not include passport numbers, immigration documents, medical information, financial records or other sensitive personal material.

Where an enquiry goes

Form submissions are sent to mail@prdrift.com through the configured email service. The website does not maintain a separate enquiry database. The people handling your enquiry and the infrastructure providers needed to deliver and store email may process the information. Email correspondence is kept as needed to manage the enquiry and any subsequent work.

Technical information

The hosting infrastructure may process request information, including IP addresses, to operate and protect the website. The form uses temporary request counters to limit abuse. Message contents are not written to application logs by the form handler.

Cookies and external services

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand visits, page views and page performance. This measurement does not use analytics cookies or advertising trackers. Cloudflare receives technical request and performance information needed to provide the service. Fonts and brand assets are served from the website. If you follow a link to Telegram or another external website, that service handles information under its own policies. Your email provider also handles messages sent through your email application.

Analytics preferences

You can turn optional analytics off using “Analytics preferences” in the footer. Your choice is saved in your browser’s local storage, so it applies to that browser until its site data is cleared. We also respect Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals. Optional measurement stays off when browser storage is unavailable. Security and delivery services may still process requests needed to operate the website.

Your choices

You can contact us directly instead of using the form. To ask about information you have provided, request a correction or ask for deletion of an enquiry, email mail@prdrift.com. Include enough context to identify the correspondence without sending additional sensitive documents.

Changes to this notice

We will update this page if the website’s data-handling practices change. If a project needs additional information or separate confidentiality arrangements, those should be agreed in the context of that project.
