The process

Review the coverage
We examine the depth, independence, reliability, and relevance of the available sources. We check what each source actually supports and keep routine mentions separate from substantive coverage. A polished biography cannot substitute for missing evidence.

Make the assessment
We explain whether there appears to be a defensible basis for the proposed article or request. The assessment may recommend pausing. We identify uncertainties explicitly and consider the demands of a neutral account, including relevant material that is not promotional.

Use the appropriate process
If further work is justified, we agree its scope before drafting. Any paid contribution requires the appropriate disclosure. We use transparent submission or edit-request routes and preserve the distinction between a prepared draft, a submitted request, and an accepted change.
What to expect
Wikipedia editors independently decide publication and article content. Any contribution follows the applicable sourcing, paid-contribution disclosure, and conflict-of-interest requirements.

01Does having many articles about me mean I qualify?
Quantity alone is insufficient. The nature of the coverage matters, including its independence, depth, reliability, and relevance under the applicable guidelines.
02What should I send for the source assessment?
Share substantive coverage about you, any existing article or draft, and the factual issue you want assessed. We review the original sources and explain what each one supports.
03What if the assessment says it is too early?
We explain the evidence gaps and stop short of an unsupported submission. Other professional-presence work can proceed on its own merits.
