The process
How it
takes shape.

Evaluate the opportunity
We review the competition’s subject area, category definitions, process, and available information about assessment. We flag missing information and separate entry charges from any optional event or promotional costs so you can make an informed decision.

Build the application
We interview you about the work and gather the records you can share. The narrative explains the starting problem, your contribution, the approach, and the outcome. Team achievements are attributed accurately, with assumptions and unsupported figures removed.
- 03
Prepare for submission
We check the final application against the organiser’s requirements and the agreed evidence. We help coordinate the submission process within scope and retain the relevant records. Any later announcement uses the exact recognition received and its correct category.

01What makes a project ready for an application?
A clear account of the work, your contribution, and its outcome is a useful starting point. We then check the available records against the requirements of the specific category.
02Are awards with entry fees automatically unsuitable?
A fee alone does not explain the quality of a competition. We examine the wider process, published requirements, organiser, and relevance before recommending a decision.
03What if my work is confidential?
We first establish what can be disclosed and whether the organiser accepts a suitable confidential submission. We do not assume permission to share employer or client information.
